Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process and ship. 

Where do you ship to/deliver? 

We currently only ship to Canada and the United States of America.

Shipping rates for Canada 

Based on the size of your order and your location you will have various shipping options at checkout. Cards that meet or exceed the price of $200 before shipping are eligible for FREE SHIPPING.
All Canadian shipping is done via Canada Post.

Single Card Orders
These orders are eligible for flat rate $2.75 shipping.
These orders are sent via Regular Letter Mail (Envelope) without tracking or insurance. 

Shipping rates for the United States of America

Based on the size of your order and your location you will have various shipping options at checkout. Cards that meet or exceed the price of $300 before shipping are eligible for FREE SHIPPING. These parcels are sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. 

 

Single Card Orders
These orders are eligible for flat rate $3.50 shipping.
These orders are sent via Regular Letter Mail (Envelope) without tracking or insurance. 

We are not responsible for any customs, duties, or other fees incurred after the initial transaction has processed.


Order Adjustments

Please write scsportscollectibles@gmail.com with any order adjustment requests.
Please try to give as much advance notice as possible if you are moving or changing addresses and have outstanding orders with us.

Damaged Items
In the unfortunate event that you receive any damaged items in your parcel, please contact us at scsportscollectibles@gmail.com  with your order number and a description of the problem. Please also provide a photo of the problem if possible.
If the parcel you receive is damaged please document that as well so that we can be reimbursed by the carrier. 

Oversized Orders, Special Circumstances or Remote Locations

In certain extraneous cases, additional shipping charges may be required. In these situations you will be contacted to arrange payment. If you wish to cancel your order at this time we will offer a full refund.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock/over sold when your order is placed, we will attempt to contact you and remove the item from your order.


15.Seller Protection and Fraud Detection 
Orders may be subject to a name, address, and phone verification with the issuing bank of the credit card. If there are any discrepancies or errors that arise from this process we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue.


WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER FOR ANY REASON. IF WE DO YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
